Sheldon Anderson is a billionaire who has made his money in the building of gigantic casinos all over the world. He is the mastermind behind The Venetian in Las Vegas, known for its recreated Venetians canals, and the Parisian Macao The tycoon has built 11 mega casinos in total. According to Forbes Magazine
, Anderson has an fortune of 32.7 billion dollars. He isn’t ready to retire though. Brazilian media says that the 83-year old businessman now eyes Rio de Janeiro.

According to some newspapers, Anderson has arranged a secret meeting with some politicians in Rio de Janeiro, including mayer Crivella. The businessman promised to built a casino of 8 billion dollars in the city! However, the meeting took place in secret because casinos are not legal in Brazil.
